This is a project that was completed October 2009 and had severe structural damage that had been undetectable from the inside.  All of the water that "dripped" through the roof, soaked into the frame and had taken what looks like years by the time a small ripple appeared in the ceiling wallpaper.  By this time, the total damage was over $10,000.  The pictures below also include part of the reconstruction phase to illustrate the magnitude of work involved.  The after pictures speaks for itself.  Although, we enjoyed challenging our skills to complete this project, which we are all proud of, we still cannot emphasize enough the importance of checking your roof annually to avoid this severity of damage.
